Sales Executive

OA are currently working with a well-established Payroll provider during a time of continued success and growth. We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join the team based in Kings Langley.

• £28,000 - £33,000 + bonus (OTE £45k in year one, uncapped)
• Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:30pm
• Permanent
• 23 Days holiday + bank holidays

Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, achieving targets through proactive customer contact, and lead generation
• Identify potential markets actively and meet prospects face-to-face
• Record all activities accurately in Salesforce and maintain company documents
• Adhere strictly to company policies and attend required training and meetings
• Perform other job-related tasks as needed

Sales Executive - Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience within Recruitment or Construction is advantageous
• Excellent sales skills, via phone and in-person
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong time management skills
• Effective communication and commitment to high-quality customer service
• Knowledge of P.A.Y.E. and contractor payroll sector experience preferred
• Proficient in mathematics and English with accurate data management skills
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM Systems (such as Salesforce)
