Language recruitment Services Ltd (LRS) is recruiting an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join the sales team of an innovative international manufacturer of energy-saving solutions.
The successful candidate will drive growth and foster business opportunities in the luxury residential market in London and the home counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth & expand market presence aiming to increase our market share within the designated territory.
- Manage relations with existing dealers accounts and foster loyalty among assigned accounts
- Cultivate relationships with specifiers, influencers, and decision-makers in the luxury residential market.
- Establish a robust pipeline of new business for the systems and solutions offered by the company
- Assist assigned accounts in developing and executing strategies for closing projects successfully.
- Prepare and present sales training, participate in trade associations, and attend networking events.
- Initiate new approaches to enable market growth.
- Collaborate with the Residential Sales team and collaborate across functions
- Maintain accurate information and sales records in the CRM tool
- Administration: Manage administration tasks, including sales expenses, forecasts, and reports, in a timely manner
Profile:
- Previous experience in relevant industry and market
- Demonstrated success in sales roles.
- Knowledge of the luxury residential markets and Familiarity with luxury residential electronic systems is a plus
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to foster BtoB relationships and strong rapport-building skills.
