Sales Executive

Salary £25,000 - £30,000 (OTE £60,000)

Preston

My client, a luxury cruise company are looking for a sales executive to join their team due to growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well stablished company that offers a supportive working environment and great earning potential.

The right individual will have previous experience working in a similar position and be confident working in a target driven environment. You will play a key role in building relationships with clients, following up on leads and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive

  • To follow up on enquiries through web chat, social media and telephone
  • Generate your own sales leads as well as following up on company leads
  • Converting leads into sales
  • Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times
  • Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to their holiday and on their return

Key experience of the Sales Executive

  • A minimum of two years’ experience within the cruise industry
  • Confident in speaking with customers
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to prioritise tasks
