Are you a sales professional with a passion for construction and a knack for helping customers find the right solutions? Our client is searching for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team and play a pivotal role in their mission to serve builders, contractors, and DIY enthusiasts.

The role
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and product recommendations.
  • Process sales inquiries, quotations, and orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with the product range, features, and benefits to assist customers effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related products.
  • Collaborate with the external sales team and other departments to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales in a builder’s merchant.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
