Job Title: Sales and Estimating Manager- Fire & Security

Location: Harlow, Essex

Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team to provide accurate and competitive project bids.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the fire & security industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in estimating and pricing projects.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
