Sales Enablement Trainer

Are you ready to empower the sales teams for success? Join our Global client and embark on a journey of growth and development as the Sales Enablement Trainer. As a vital member of the team, you'll design and deliver tailored sales enablement activities, liaising with key Product Managers and Marketing Teams to drive performance and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement dynamic learning solutions
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders in Product Management and Marketing to align on best-practice and training for the Sales Teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Deliver engaging training to operational stakeholders, alongside SME's on products and propositions to enhance their customer offering

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in designing and delivering engaging training sessions, predominantly virtually, to Sales Teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Track record of delivering impactful learning projects
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset for success in a fast-paced environment

*Please note this is an initial 3 month contract, day rate inside IR35 and the ability to travel to the UK offices on occassion is essential.
