Sales Director
  • Annual Salary: £70,000 plus commission and bonuses
  • Location: Woking/remote
  • Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Sales Director to join one of the UK’s leading Facility Management organisations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within the private and public sectors, driving growth and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Oversee the sales team, setting quotas, mentoring staff, and driving sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyse sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar leadership role in facility management or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in the facility management sector.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
