Central Employment are delighted to be working with a fast growing Digital Marketing and Design agency, as they look to recruit a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager (SEO/PPC/Email). 

Main Tasks of the Job:

  • Actively prospecting to find our new business sales opportunities and then work with the broader team to convert to customers.
  • Responding to inbound enquiries and qualifying through a rigorous process from lead to opportunity stage.
  • Actively outreaching to potential new clients and building relationships and creating commercial opportunities.
  • Clear understanding of how to qualify opportunities thoroughly and to maintain a complete prospect list and accurate forecast.
  • Meeting prospects face to face and developing new sales opportunities for the company.
  • The successful candidate will be experienced in B2B sales environments targeting customers with £30k+ projects and have a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Desirable Skills/Knowledge:

  • A can-do approach with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Confident outgoing approach to sales, with an ability to connect with people either in person or on the telephone and build long-term relationships.
  • The ability to manage and nurture a full new business sales cycle
  • Working knowledge of CRM Systems.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised and confident.
  • Ability to work to very specific activity-based KPI’s.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in selling Digital Marketing
  • At least 3 years experience in a new business role
  • Experience working toward targets and goals
