Sales Coordinator

Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a retailer based in Birmingham, to recruit for a Sales Coordinator on a full time permanent basis.

This is an up and coming, fun and vibrant business who are looking for energetic sales people to join their team. You will get to work in a fun environment and earn uncapped commission.

Job title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Birmingham, Kings Heath

Salary: £20,000-£25,000 + uncapped bonus

Start date: April-June 2024

Hours: Onsite - Monday - Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sundays 12pm - 4pm so weekend flexibility would be essential.

The role:

Full time permanent position as a Sales Coordinator for a fast paced flooring business, based in Birmingham. This position will be supporting customers in store and being a subject matter expert in the businesses products. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has lots of energy and wants to get into the world of sales/retail.

Key requirements:

• Support customers and match requirements to products
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with day to day management/maintenance of the showroom
• Be a subject matter expert in products
• Communicate to customer through variety of channels including social media, emails, phone and in store
• Resolve queries for customers
• Work with suppliers and internal departments to resolve customer issues

Candidate criteria:

• Switched on individual who can easily train in product knowledge and deliver this to customers in a consultative manner - TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
• Great communication skills
• Confident in supporting customers and increasing sales in a professional way
• Confident phone manner
• Ability to correspond with customers via email
• IT literate
