Our established fine-art print photography client is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join them on a 6 month internship with the view to move into a permanent role.

About the Role
We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator reporting to our Global Project Manager to join our 15+ year-old brand.
In this role, you will assist the Global Project Manager in responsibilities ranging from report creation to key information coordination, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for acting closely with a wide range of partner accounts and direct clients while providing assistance and communicating with senior leadership both in the UK and the US. This position will have a key role in driving the growth of the company and the right person will get to wear many hats.

  • Assist our Global Project Manager in day-to-day order processing, customer service requests and partner coordination.
  • Support our sales processes and manage a variety of administrative and logistical tasks, including processing orders, managing inventory, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Responsible for monthly, weekly, and daily reporting.
  • Working with our global team, communicating with customers and partners around the world (via email and phone), addressing questions and documenting and resolving ongoing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain regarding global logistics.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as directed by senior leadership both in the UK and the US.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of sales, admin and/or coordinator experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Wordpress/WooCommerce, and project management software and processes is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrate excellent multi-tasking abilities, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving/analytical and follow-up skills, along with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • A good knowledge of the icons of music and film will be essential.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) preferred
  • Hybrid role, in-office (Central London)
