I am seeking a Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic manufacturing company. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team and managing customer orders efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills along with a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities for the sales coordinator:

  • Act as a key point of contact for the sales team and provide assistance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective customer relationship management.
  • Assist in preparing sales quotes and proposals for potential customers.
  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely order entry and fulfilment.
  • Coordinate with various departments including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer inquiries, and order status.

Skills and experience required for the sales coordinator include:

  • Previous experience in a sales coordination or support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle multiple customer accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Extra information and details for the sales coordinator include:

  • Salary £25000-£27000
  • Permanent full time role
  • Monday – Friday 8am-04:30 pm
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
