The role will pay a base salary bewteen £30-40k, but with OTE the total package should be around £50-70k depending on performance.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships, delivering tailored tax incentive solutions such as Stamp Duty Land Tax Claims, R&D Tax Credits, and Land Remediation Tax Relief.
- Assessing client eligibility for various reliefs according to current legislation and HMRC criteria.
- Expanding and maintaining sales pipeline on a daily basis as well as building rapport with new clients.
- Managing CRM system ensuring all accounts are up to date.
- Managing personalised claims for eligible clients before sending them to our legal team.
- Analysing conveyancing documents
- Liaising with the legal team, ensuring all claims are submitted in a timely manner.
- Liaising with conveyancers, accountants, contractors on behalf of clients to obtain vital information.
- Generating and qualifying leads from new and existing clients
- Some sales, account management or customer service experience is desirable.
- Understanding of accounting / transactional finance.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel and other MS platforms
- Driving license due to location of the business
