Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced sales consultants to handle inbound inquiries resulting from our robust marketing strategies. Your role will involve guiding clients through the design and sales process, drawing upon your comprehensive understanding of planning and construction intricacies. This includes responding to inquiries via phone calls, emails, submitted drawings, or configurations on our online tool.

Key Responsibilities:

· Addressing sales inquiries

· Identifying customer needs

· Creating quotations and supporting materials

· Conducting client meetings at our factory

· Following up on quotations from various sources

· Ensuring a seamless transition of sales office orders to production

· Achieving agreed sales targets

· Managing sales office quotations from start to finish

· Keeping internal processes up to date

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of sales experience (required)

· Previous experience with a recognized sales process

· Desire to learn and adapt sales skills to the unique oak frame industry

· GCSE or equivalent education (preferred)

Work Details:

· Work hours: 8.30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday

· Location: Heathfield (on-site parking available). Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
