£28,000 + Commission + Pension

If you are looking for a career in the property field then you really need to consider this position for a Sales Consultant, excellent prospects are available for the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

- Working in the Sales Department and promoting the sale of houses and flats

- Maintaining a computerised database holding details of potential buyers

- Telephoning or emailing potential buyers to advise them of new properties available

- Arranging viewings for buyers and accompanying them to show them around

- Providing feedback to property owners on how viewings went and buyers comments

- Handling offers to purchase and negotiating price between buyers and sellers
