Position: Mandarin-Speaking Property Sales Consultant - 2 Years Experience
£80,000 OTE

Company Overview: Our client is a well-established agency specializing in the sales and letting of luxury new-build developments in prime locations across central London. They offer comprehensive services to clients, including consultation, property selection, and guidance throughout the purchasing process. Additionally, our letting division provides full property management services for investor buyers.

Role: As part of their ongoing expansion efforts, our client are seeking a motivated and dedicated property consultant to join their team in central London. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth from buyers and managing the entire sales process. Our client expects this individual to capitalize on the existing client base and warm leads to further elevate the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively prospect and identify new clients with purchasing requirements.
  • Register and diligently follow up with all sales leads.
  • Prepare tailored property proposals that meet the buyers' specifications.
  • Ensure meticulous accuracy in setting up sales documentation.
  • Conduct property viewings and tours to secure deals with clients.
  • Provide comprehensive assistance and support to buyers from property selection to legal completion.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and developers to facilitate smooth sales progression.
  • Verify and process vendor and buyer documentation to comply with AML regulations.
  • Actively engage in marketing and social media promotion of sales properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of customers, leads, and sales progression in the CRM system.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable UK university.
  • One-year experience in serving overseas buyers in the UK property market.
  • Familiarity with Chinese social media platforms, particularly WeChat.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proactive attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Effective presentation abilities.
Compensation: Basic salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum OTE (On-Target Earnings): £50,000 - £80,000 per annum
