Sales Client Manager

Amazing Opportunity for a Valuer/Lister in Didcot with a Market Leading Award-Winning Estate Agency.

Basic salary £26,000 to £29,700

OTE £50,000 + Uncapped

If you have at least two year’s experience within estate agency and have great knowledge of the local area, then this is definitely worth your attention. Consideration will also be given to a strong candidate looking to progress their career from senior negotiator or similar role, however training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• To value properties/land and bring them to market
• To deliver exceptional customer service
• To increase market share and exceed targets
• Sales progression and regular client contact
• Photography and floor plans

Essential:

• Estate agency Experience is essential
• You must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results driven
• Well-presented, communicative and articulate
• You must have the desire to succeed and the drive to achieve
• Outstanding interpersonal skills are crucial
• Be able to present and close
