Central Booking & Sales Assistant - Stirling Ackroyd Surveyors

Hybrid working arrangements split across our Byfleet office and home working

Basic Salary up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience

This is a full time position Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Requirements

You will be working as a key member of the central Surveying support team, responsible for generating and arranging appointments for our nationwide team of RICS qualified surveyors, liaising with the relevant parties to ensure we are consistently providing the best experience to our clients.

Duties will include;

  • Ensuring all new enquiries are dealt with in a efficient and effective manner, maintaining excellent service levels of turnaround times and quality
  • Identifying, managing and converting referrals and any other opportunities from all sources across the Stirling Ackroyd Group and any external leads
  • Updating and maintaining the surveyors calendars, in order to maximise revenues in line with targets
  • Collating and distributing completed reports to the relevant parties, ensuring quality is upheld to company standards
  • Resolving any minor service standard issues effectively and efficiently, escalating to the Head of Central Services if necessary
  • Assisting with general office duties such as processing payments for services, issuing terms and conditions, and distributing and sending postal documents.

The successful candidate will be;

  • Structured and organised, focused on finding & communicating the best solution possible for all parties, in a timely manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to build and maintain relationships and deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Self motivated, focused on achieving deadlines with a high attention to detail
  • Confident with IT and bespoke technology systems
  • Able to work independently and also as part of a team, effectively contributing toward departmental projects, targets and wider objectives
  • Resilient and consistent when faced with conflict and driven to resolve challenges positively
