Sales Associate

Gi Group have partnered up with a high-end luxury accessories brand who are looking to add a Sales Associate to their boutique in Mayfair.

* £30,000 plus generous commission structure

* 5 out of 6 shift - 10am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)
* IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide world class service to luxury client base.
* Meet and exceed sales and business targets
* Meet and exceed client data capture targets, updating and maintaining client profile records
* Assist management with store opening and closing procedures.
* Maintain visual standards, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting, and general maintenance.
* Perform operational functions as communicated by management to ensure store meets brand guidelines.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

* 3 to 5 years' experience working for a similar environment is essential
* Ability to deliver exceptional world class service consistently
* Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and goals
* Effective verbal and written communication is essential, the ability to speak Arabic or Japanese is desirable
