People Solutions are looking for a Sales Area Manager for our based in Edinburgh.

Day to Day Duties

• Visiting stores throughout Scotland
• Being in charge of your own schedule to make sure you can travel and be at stores for opening
• Lead and Coach the Store Managers to deliver excellent customer service
• Support Day to Day operations in each store
• In charge of retail operations, such as making sure each store adheres to company promotional and commercial guidelines
• Display a high level of product knowledge to customers to complete sales

Essential Skills

• Ability to coach a team
• Clear communication, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Minimum 2 years store management experience
• Full understanding of running a store or group of stores
• Multi site management experience
• Driving Licence and own transport
