Our Client:
This business is a consultancy operating across the Construction and Built environment. Their services reduce the impact on the environment, improve sustainability across projects and overall improve the quality of the world we live in.

The Position:
A newly formed position and essentially department, an exciting time for the business and for the person who secures this role. As the brand has been going from strength to strength, the need to move out of their comfort zone, work with newer clients and on other exciting projects has become apparent.

You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing the sales strategy that will drive revenue and new business forward. You’ll given full autonomy whilst working closely with the Directors to ensure you’ve got full support and everything you need.

You’ll be responsible for learning the industry, understanding target clients and wining new business, you’ll be out networking, account managing and working with the wider business to ensure sales is aligned throughout.

In the future, you’ll look to bolster your team and hire where required.

About you:
  • - 3+ years of sales experience
  • - New Business experience
  • - Interest in construction, energy, sustainability and the environment is a must!
  • - B2B sales is a must!
  • - Proactive, upbeat and ambitious!
We’re looking for someone who is tenacious, someone who wants to come in, make this role their own, work with the Directors to create a strategy and smash it out of the park.
