Sales and Lettings Negotiator

A friendly and well-established independent central and east London estate agency is seeking sales and lettings negotiators to work in its Shoreditch office on a full-time basis. They are recruiting for two roles: a Commercial Negotiator (sales and lettings) and a Residential Lettings Negotiator.

Whilst some previous experience in an estate agency is desirable, particularly for the commercial role, this is not essential. You must, however, have a keen interest in property and good communication and sales skills, both on the phone and in email correspondence.

You will also need to be self-motivated and able to work in an organised manner both independently and as part of a small team.

The roles offer good earnings potential, with a basic salary depending on experience and commission (OTE £25k - £40k).

About the Role

Day-to-day tasks include dealing with phone and email enquiries, arranging and carrying out viewings, and agreeing sales and lets. You will also carry out all related admin, including progression. 

You will be given plenty of scope to help develop the business, which operates primarily in Hackney, Shoreditch, and Bloomsbury. You will also be involved in marketing activities.
