We are currently looking for a high-performing Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our client and their extremely successful team in Southport, Merseyside!

Working hours:

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work full-time

The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

Sales and Lettings Negotiator requirements:

  • Worked within either Residential Sales or Lettings for at least 12 months
  • Proven track record in Sales or Lettings
  • Basic IT skills
  • Be able to work well with others but able to work on your own
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to own car
  • Ability to close business
  • Personable

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

  • Dealing with enquires on both Sales & Lettings
  • Dealing with offers
  • Regular contact with vendors and landlords
  • Processing contracts
  • Legal checks
  • Arranging and conducting viewings
