Sales Advisor

8.30 am to 5.15 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30 am to 3.30 pm Fridays. 

£26,000 per annum. 

I am currently recruiting for an experienced sales advisor/sales administrator to join an electronics distributions company who are looking to expand their experienced sales team. 

Key duties: 

• Respond to customer sales enquiries via telephone, email, fax or quotation
• Investigate the internal stock control system in order to quote on price and advise delivery timescales for items held in the companies stockholding
• To take sales order from customers
• Provide accurate and up to date information to customers in relation to products and parts
• Liaise with internal departments 
• Source appropriate price and delivery options from external suppliers/manufacturers
• Support the companies field based sales representatives
• Maximise sales on component accessories where possible 
• Negotiate pricing terms 
• Provide support with sales order processing
