Are you a results-driven individual with a knack for customer service? We’re seeking a Renewals Sales Advisor to join our team in Rugby. As a key player in our organization, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and driving sales growth.

Job Opportunity: Renewals Sales Advisor

Location: Rugby, United Kingdom (Fully Office-Based)

Salary: £23,795 per annum (plus commission)

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Communicate effectively with existing clients to provide top-notch customer service and retain their business.
  • Renewal Process: Prepare renewal documentation accurately and proactively reach out to clients to renew their policies.
  • Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contract renewals.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, issue invoices, and update client information promptly.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Adaptability: Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle various client inquiries.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively within a dynamic office environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and systems.
