Sales Advisor

We are a fast-growing Insolvency company based in Cheadle, and we are looking for IVA Advisors to join us as part of our ongoing expansion.

Role

You will speak to customers who have made enquiries into one of the company’s financial solutions. There is no cold calling involved on this role and all the leads provided are leads that have been generated directly. You will speak to clients over the telephone, thoroughly understanding their financial solution, before providing advice on the options that are available to them. Once the customer is aware of their options, you will put their case together and pass it to an IVA Drafter who will pass their case over for approval.

Your Experience

You will be from a sales background, ideally within insurance, lending, debt or insolvency (either Lead Generation or Advising) though this is not essential. You will have an ethical and empathetic approach to how you deal with customers. You will not have a hard-sales approach to sales, as in the nature of this role the solution has exactly right to suit their needs and circumstances. Package

In return for your experience, we pay £25,000 - £30,000 basic dependant on experience, plus Bonus (£60,000 uncapped). We also offer an excellent benefits package and ongoing incentives, including Weekly and Mid-Month Bonus Incentives. The hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9am - 7pm and Friday 10am-2pm, plus the opportunity to work 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-3pm. We offer ongoing training due to the nature of the service, and a relaxed and friendly working culture.
