Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the field-based BDM’s and Sales Team Leader in processing mortgage applications promptly and accurately
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and transactions
  • Proactively engage with external introducers to maximise business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Manage data extraction and reporting from the CRM system and update information
  • Learn the intricacies of mortgage applications from start to finish, identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Review mortgage applications and cross-reference data from various sources.
  • Participate in comprehensive in-house training sessions across departments and third-party IT platforms.
Location: Kings Hill
Salary: £24,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
