Role - Sales Administrator

Location - Rotherham

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly customer focussed individual to join our thriving client based in Rotherham!

Joining a fantastic team within a company who offer great benefits and a positive workplace culture, this is a varied and fast paced role where the successful candidate will deliver a high standard of customer service and administrative support to both new and existing customer accounts.

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate who is experienced in and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service within a sales office environment.

Key duties will include:

  • Handling inbound customer sales enquiries on the telephone and via email
  • Checking stock levels, pricing and producing quotations using the company database.
  • Accurately processing sales orders
  • Dealing with customer queries, obtaining technical information regarding products where required
  • Sourcing items from other suppliers when required
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell on orders where possible

Good ICT skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook and Microsoft OneNote is essential.
