Role: Customer Service Administrator

Location: Trafford Park

Salary: £24,000-£28,000 (Dependent on expereince)

Hours: Monday-Thursday – 8.30-5.15 // Friday  8.30- 5pm

Type: Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen working for a market leading company in Trafford Park who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team.

The role is to support the sales and service team in providing comprehensive administration to their clients ensuring orders are processed and excellent service is provided.  

 Role Responsibilities:

  • Processing all customer service enquiries
  • Processing Customer Orders, Deliveries and Invoices.
  • Liaise internally for updates on customer orders
  • Contacting Key Customers to chase for orders.
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • General administration.
  • Other additional administration duties when required.
