Our Client is a leading supplier of industrial & scientific lasers, accessories, 3D printers and additive manufacturing systems, A company known for its distinguished services and dedication to excellence. As part of their expansion, we are in search of a dedicated Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support the overall sales function, from processing leads and ensuring they have been contacted to ensuring all key customer information is stored on the CRM. This is a great opportunity to work in a fascinating sector and in a dynamic-energetic business.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Administering sales leads in SalesForce from suppliers.
  • Managing sales leads in SAP (internal system).
  • Assisting customers with product troubleshooting; escalating to the support team if necessary.
  • Following up on open tickets with the support team until completion.
  • Administering sales opportunities in SalesForce and chasing status updates with the sales team.
  • Sending out warranty expiry reminders 2-3 months before the expiry date.
  • Preparing and sending customer quotations.
  • Managing benchmark and preparation, including paperwork before handing it over to F&L for dispatch.
  • Checking tender notifications, saving the documentation, and passing it onto the relevant teams.
  • Attending trade events and providing support on the stands.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
 
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Energetic, dependable, and professional mindset.
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
 
Additional Information:
  • On-site working – 9 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 25 days holidays
