Our Client, a strong brand in the area, are looking to add a Sales Administrator to support the Sales Team. They are looking for a strong Sales Administrator who has the ability to support a busy and fast paced environment.

The Role:

  • You will be supporting the Sales Team with administration (not sales)
  • Dealing with aftersales administration and support, being the first point of contact.
  • Building strong relationships with clients.
  • Calling clients, responding to emails, and making outbound calls when required.
  • Supporting the sales team and ensuring the accounts are running smoothly.
  • Build strong relationships with the clients.
  • Support with customer queries and escalate further problem to the relevant manager.
  • Adhering to all legislation.
