Sales Administrator

- Office hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm (Monday to Thursday), 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Friday)

Our client, a growing organisation on the outskirts of Colchester, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. With their business booming and a busy sales team, they require a dedicated and friendly professional to provide crucial support.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting both customers and the sales team. Joining a welcoming and supportive team, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • Liaising with customers to address order and delivery inquiries
  • Updating customers on the status of their orders
  • Providing excellent customer service through phone and email interactions
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to process orders and generate quotes
  • Ensuring accurate entry of customer information into the system
  • Verifying invoices against orders
  • Handling all administration tasks related to the role

To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will have:

  • ??? Experience using MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • ?? Strong recall of information and exceptional attention to detail
  • ?? Excellent communication skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and other personnel
