We are currently seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to support our client growing sales team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Key Account Performance Metrics: Collate and analyse weekly key account performance metrics to support sales team objectives.
  • Distributor Liaison: Maintain effective communication with both UK and international distributors to ensure smooth operations and timely information exchange.
  • Sales Order Processing: Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Data Extraction: Extract order information from retail portals to deliver comprehensive weekly performance data to the Head of Sales.
  • Sales Reporting: Work closely with the Head of Sales and regional sales executives to own and manage all sales reporting activities.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales reps with necessary tools, data, and imagery to support their sales efforts.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct monthly competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Order Fulfilment Support: Assist in providing required data for order fulfilment and tracking to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with Sage 50/200 for order processing and financial management.
  • Familiarity with online retailer portals for order tracking and data extraction would be an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail.
