Sales Administrator

£24,448 - £27,169 per annum (pro rata)

Part-time - 25 hours per week

Fixed-term contract - 12 months

Hexagon Housing owns and manages over 4,000 general needs homes in South-East London. We take pride in providing high quality services to our customers, are committed to raising the quality of our services and putting residents at the heart of what we do.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate, with a genuine desire to work with our customers, to provide efficient and effective admin support to our small Sales Team in connection with the sale of new and existing homes. In this varied and interesting role, you will manage customer enquiries, organise documentation for, and attend, property open days, maintain sales spreadsheets and liaise with external parties (financial advisers, solicitors and valuers).

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Proven background of administrative work in an office or similar environment.

- Experience of working in a customer-focussed environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.

- Commitment to excellent customer care and promoting resident involvement across all services.

- Excellent IT and numeracy skills (Word, Outlook, Excel and databases).

- Positive "can do" attitude with a commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.

- Able to attend property open days on Saturdays.

Experience of working in a property sales environment is desirable but not essential.
