On behalf of our well established and highly experienced client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Sales administrator to join their welcoming and growing team! Previous experience within the Home Improvement industry would be advantageous.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving customer product enquiries by phone, fax, email and face to face
- Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with external suppliers
- Providing an excellent level of customer service
- Generate quotations using industry specific software, for which you will receive training
- Liaise with suppliers to create the customers’ orders and arrange delivery
Key Skills:
- Computer literacy,
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills & an enthusiastic work ethic
- Experience in the use of 'Evolution' software package desirable
- Previous experience in Home Improvement industry
- Confident and personable
