Are you passionate about servicing customer needs? Acting as a memorable point of contact for orders, general enquiries and other ad hoc issues? 
My client is a reputable engineering firm based in Shepshed who is looking for a sales administrator/ internal sales professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.

The role 
  • Handling inbound calls from customers  
  • Outbound care calls to customers  
  • Handling email enquiries 
  • Providing quotes 
  • Processing orders
  • Boost engagement with the customer base 

The candidate
  • Previous sales/ sales admin experience preferable although not essential
  • Bubbly and comfortable talking to people 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication 
  • Confident and a great track record of speaking with a customer base
