We’re currently working with a well established manufacturing client based in Pudsey, this is a newly created role to support their sales team as they continue to grow within the market. This client works with well known, household names but is continuing to go through periods of growth and development. 

This role is full time, flexible working across Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?
  • Manage and maintain sales orders, contracts and order confirmations
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding products, pricing or delivery schedules
  • Ensure the database is updated accurately at all times
  • Assist the sales team with sales forecasting
  • Provide general administrative support across the team

What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience within a sales support or sales administrative role
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Computer literate across various software packages

Salary - 
  • £26,000 per annum + bonus opportunities

Hours of work -
  • Monday to Friday hours
  • Flexible working around core business hours of 10am-3pm
  • Early Friday finishes
