Customer Service Administrator

Swinton

My client is a friendly fabric company based in Greater Manchester, supplying UK High Street and Independent retailers

They now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Core duties and responsibilities:

Entering orders onto the system for processing by the warehouse. Orders come by phone or via email

Handling price, stock and delivery enquiries. These activities often involve working with our warehouse and production colleagues to get the relevant information.

Handling quality issues and dealing with returns including processing of returns paperwork via the system.

Liaising with Carriers over deliveries

Checking back order files following stock deliveries

What we need from you?

  • IT literate - Microsoft Packages.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Organised, accurate and able to identify priorities to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and to time.
  • A confident communicator with an assured phone manner to ensure our customers have confidence in us and what we tell them.
  • Proactive with a "can do" attitude as we strive to exceed our customer's expectations.
  • Outgoing and personable to develop strong relations with existing Customers and build relations with new ones.
  • A team player to ensure they add to the smooth working of the department.
