Job Summary: 5 Month Temporary Contract
40 Hours: Rota 7.00am to 6.00pm - Monday to Friday
Location: Liverpool L10

Purpose of the role:
As International Bookings Co-ordinator you will be an active, contributing member of a new team which involves dealing with and verifying international student bookings.

You will be responsible for ensuring all international bookings are verified and processed using all routes for contacting. You will work closely with the internal sales team and will pass verified enquiries on to them to convert. As well as working closely with the partnerships team to deal with international agent enquiries.
You have a clear understanding of each properties proposition and USPs along with clear knowledge of our policies and procedures.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Managing international enquiries from multiple communication channels including phone, live chat, email, web, WhatsApp and social media
  • Contacting all international students to verify their bookings.
  • Liaising with our international agents to verify and process referrals.
  • Have an in depth understanding of the housing market for overseas students.
  • Tracking and monitoring trends and patterns and feeding them back.
  • Conducting outbound calls only to follow up on enquiries/bookings.
  • Updating all databases accurately to allow for effective analysis.
  • Comply with Health and Safety working practice in accordance with the company’s policy.
  • To be flexible and work effectively with other colleagues
  • Ensure all international enquiries are followed up using all routes for contacting.
  • Demonstrate a clear knowledge of the booking system.
  • Demonstrate a clear knowledge of the properties and keeping up to date with all activity throughout the year
  • Ensure deadlines are met
