Our client, a seafood wholesaler, based in Peterhead are looking for a Sales Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

This role is crucial in supporting our sales team by handling administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will have strong administration experience, and ready to hit the ground running.

This role is full time, office based.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
