This is an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established and successful manufacturing organisation based in Wolverhampton.

The Role

  • £23,000 - £26,000 Depending on experience
  • Office Based
  • 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (30 minute lunch & 15 minute break)
  • Sick Pay
  • Parking

Daily Responsibilities

As an Internal Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing full end to end sales support, from taking the order through to dispatch.

  • Taking and processing customer sales orders (over the phone and via emails)
  • Raising customer quotations
  • Managing and developing customer relationships
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and various internal departments
  • Management of customer expectations and keep customers updated
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers
  • Covering reception duties

About you?

  • Experience in a Sales Administration role or similar
  • Sales order processing experience
  • Ability to deliver a high level customer service experience
  • Comfortable in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail ensuring information is accurate and correct
  • Competent in MS applications word & excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
