Sales Administrator

Adecco are working on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Redditch who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their growing team.

• Accurately action quotes and orders, which you will pick up from the Sales inbox.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Communicates verbally & written technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify and engage with new potential customers through targeted searches.
• Assess customer requirements to prepare bespoke quotations with accurate costing.
• To ensure daily completion of quotation updates.
• Organising samples for customers as and when required.
• Ensure Customer satisfaction is at the heart of your day-to-day role.
• Identify market opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
• Ensure all processes are completed in a timely fashion inclusive of the returns process.
• Respond to requests and queries of the Sales and Office Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and any other related duties as and then required.
