Sales Administrator 

£25,000 - £30,000

Monday – Friday (flexi hours- 37.5 hours)

Hinckley

The client

Working for a reputable British manufacturer who pride themselves on being people centric, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their busy sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of their rapid growth plans. They are in search of a dedicated team player who will seamlessly integrate and enhance their dynamic workforce. 

The role

  • Taking inbound calls, handling customer sales queries 
  • Making outbound calls including quote chasing
  • Raising quotations for stocked materials 
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Making customers aware of other products and service on offer
  • Liaising with the engineering department to ensure technical proposals are completed on time 
  • Converting quotes to orders
  • Working closely with all internal departments 
  • Forecasting accurately to ensure materials readily available in the timescales required by the customer.


The candidate 

  • Previous experience working in the construction sector 
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Ability to work to deadlines 
  • Able to communicate at all levels 
  • Positive outlook, personality is key!
  • You will need to have a great work ethic and ability to work well in a team
