Morgan McKinley is looking for a Sales Administrator to work for a great company based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The Sales Administrator will be supporting the Sales team with contacting existing clients and well and prospective clients via telephone and emails, updating details etc. The Sales Support Admin role will be working on a hybrid basis on a fixed term contract.

Salary: £27-30K

Location: Hybrid working - East Grinstead, West Sussex

Duration: 6 month fixed term contract

Sales Administrator duties:

  • Responsible for sending out sales emails
  • Monitor and report on completed sales activity
  • Proactively follow up on any new sales leads and liaise with existing clients
  • Process any amendments to sales
  • Identify, contact and qualify any new leads for the sales team
  • Create new accounts on the system
  • Send invoices
  • Monitor and respond to email / phone enquiries

Skills & Experience:

  • Ideally have experience working in a sales support, admin role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Good IT skills, attention to detail and accuracy
