Job Title: Sales Administrator

Salary: £23,500 - £25,000

Hours: Monday Friday - 9am - 5pm

Hawkfield Recruitment are working with a well-established, family run dealer group in the Macclesfield area. We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Sales Administrator. As an award-winning and rapidly growing Motor Group they pride themselves in the level of service they provide, their knowledge, and their customer-focused attitude.

The successful candidate must have experience in the following:

• IT literate and a clear understanding of Keyloop/Drive/Kerridge (DMS System)

Responsibilities of Sales Administrator include:

• Ensuring all invoicing and taxing paperwork is to brand standards with all supporting documents ready for customer handover
• Keeping an accurate record of all information necessary for audits- Files to be kept up to date and to include all information required
• Ensuring that all vehicles are funded in line with company policy and that vehicles are also appropriated within given time frame
• Assisting our accounts department with month end reconciliations
• Maintaining up to date stock records on Keyloop (DMS)
• Taxing of new vehicles on the RaV system
• Creating vehicle records - Both new and used vehicles
• Monitoring tax renewals for company vehicles
