We're recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our specialist manufacturing client based in LS1. This is a great opportunity offering a Sales Administrator a 35 hours week with a hybrid working model. Our client is based in newly refurbished offices and offers a friendly working environment. SAP experience is essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm / 3 days WFH

Salary: £20,930 - based on 35 hours

The Role:

  • Liaising with customers over the phone and on email
  • Processing orders on inhouse system
  • Providing regular updates to customers and building strong working relationships
  • Working with other internal departments
  • Up selling products
  • Raising quotations

The Candidate:

  • Confident with strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Great organisation skills with the ability to manage own work load
