What you will be doing as Sales Administrator…

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring the Plumlife Sales team operates with peak efficiency, providing excellent administrative and sales support that helps turn inquiries into satisfied homeowners.

  • Provide excellent administrative and sales support to enhance our team's efficiency.
  • Handle a variety of customer enquiries via phone and email promptly, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
  • Manage essential sales and marketing materials, uphold GDPR compliance, and assist with organising and preparing for sales launches and events.
  • Work closely with the sales advisors to prepare sales documentation, instruct solicitors and process legal documents to assist with sales progression.

  • Desirable: Background in property sales, knowledge of legal conveyancing processes, familiarity with Shared Ownership, or experience in a housing association or estate agency.
