Sales Account Manager

The Opportunity:

Do you love working in Sales?  Are you a great internal Account Manager who can look after multiple clients, proactively upsell product and develop long standing sales relationships?  If you are looking for an internal Account Manager's position, then look no further.  You'll join and friendly and supportive team, work in a technical environment which will challenge and develop your skills, AND have great earning potential.  If you have worked within Telesales, Internal Account Manager or Business Development roles, this could well be the perfect opportunity for you.  There is a basic salary of £25000, plus a guaranteed £5000 in your first year, but uncapped bonus potential.  AND the training and benefits are superb.

The Job:
In this role you will be responsible for managing your own section of customers from initial contact through to point of order, developing your own enquiries from the point of lead creation through to order confirmation. You will need to be a team player, confident and driven towards ensuring that personal sales targets are met whilst contributing to achievement of the  sales target. You need to have a high level of focus and motivation within the sales arena while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.  It's a very consultative, longer term, relationship building 'sell' (as opposed to telesales 'quick fix' selling), so will suit you if you are more consultative.

Do you have
  • Business Development / Sales experience.
  • Account Management experience.
  • Able to manage and prioritise a large workload to ensure high levels of efficiency and productivity.
  • High levels of I.T literacy.
  • Target driven and resourceful.
  • Excellent levels of customer service.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Independent self-starter, able to work in a cross-functional team environment.
