The day-to-day role includes the Account Manager responsibilities:
 Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
 Generate leads and follow up on potential clients.
 Conduct client meetings and presentations, showcasing the value of our products/services.
 Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability.
 Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver exceptional service.
 Forecast and track sales metrics, providing regular reports to management.
 Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors.
 Track client base growth and report to management.
 Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
 Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM software.
 Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
 Support the team by undertaking additional duties as needed to meet business requirements
