Role: Sales Account Manager

Key Duties:

  • Forge and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, exceeding their service expectations.
  • Engage with account associates at all levels, from store personnel to top management, to comprehend their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for client queries and concerns, including conducting on-site product demonstrations and business assessments.
  • Spot opportunities for promoting additional products or services, negotiate contract renewals, and upsell or cross-sell as appropriate.
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure prompt delivery of products or services in line with client expectations.
  • Keep precise forecasts to efficiently manage stock levels according to account requirements.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry advancements to offer valuable insights and enhance our offerings.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable success in sales, account management, and business development.
  • Solid background in B2B sales.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in interacting with corporate-level management.
  • Superior negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented approach, focused on meeting sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Must possess a valid driving license.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
