Flourishing is how you would describe this company that supplies products to businesses across the UK! Based within a commutable distance from Lichfield, they are looking to enhance their existing sales team by adding a determined and dynamic Sales Account Manager who has plenty of drive and top-tier sales skills.

As part of a collaborative and vibrant environment, you’ll be reporting to the sales team and will be responsible for:

  • Connecting with existing and new business customers to maintain and build strong relationships
  • Achieving and closing sales and proactively identifying upsell opportunities
  • Handling inbound queries relating to orders
  • Generating quotations and processing customer orders
  • Following up on outstanding quotes to close the sale
  • Updating the CRM with sales activity

To be considered for this role, it’s expected that you will:

  • Have a track record of achieving sales, meeting and surpassing targets, and generating results
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and listening skills, able to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships
  • Be enthusiastic and outgoing, who is proactive and positive
  • Enjoy all aspects of sales and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

Working hours are 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and you’ll enjoy regular company events, medical insurance, company pension scheme, and free parking!
